Alison was very passionate about the history of Portland and I learned a lot from her about Portland's history, from who is Portlandia, Bud Clarke becoming mayor, to the two stories for how Portland got its Benson water fountains. I definitely recommend taking a tour this company if it is your first time with in Portland and would like to know more about its history. I used these folks for two tours.
