I was disappointed by this book
I was disappointed by this book. Mr. Annerino seems to be trying to impress us with his knowledge far too often and is long-winded most of the time. I much prefer authors who try to inform instead of impress, especially in a book that is basically a rand-Canyon book the Tonto Trail is the major east-west camino through the Grand Canyon. I much prefer Hiking Grand Canyon National Park, 2nd (Regional Hiking Series) for planning a trip and Hiking the Grand Canyon's Geology (Hiking Geology) for understanding the geology. 4 people found this helpful.
