Macdonald Hall Goes Hollywood is no different, and the ending is pretty hilarious

Macdonald Hall Goes Hollywood is no different, and the ending is pretty hilarious. This is not exactly one of those youth-oriented books that parents can enjoy equally (or on another level) like other youth fiction, but it is a pretty funny, light read. In this one we get a lonely Hollywood kid who shows up at Macdonald Hall as part of a film shoot in Hollywood North (Canada), but who quickly gets adopted by Bruno and Boots - to hilarious results! Sure, characters like Goose Golden are pretty one-dimensional (if even that), but it's all in good fun! Macdonald Hall rocks!!

I loved his stories as a kid, especially the Bruno and Boots series, I Want To Go Home, and No Coins, Please. Unbeknownst to me, my mom gave all of my books away while I was at college. This is honestly a travesty.
