The Flash in this book is Wally West. Two artists; Angel Unzueta and Scott Kollins each handle roughly half the book with a third artist, Ethan Van Sciver doing the last story. When it comes to Wally, Mark Waid was responsible for a legendary run with the character (his issues will begin to be collected later this year) Geoff Johns arrived on the scene a few years after Mark left. Kollins' pencils look so out of place compared to the other two artists that it's really jarring at first.
