Cut out 75 pages, make it more believable and it would have been a solid 4 star read. Starts off a little too slowly with endless discussions on how an obscure organization will take care of terminating someone’s life when the situation dictates.

You see Alan Gregory from the patient's viewpoint. I have read most of Stephen White's Alan Gregory series. This is one of the best in my opinion.
