You will never run out of tears because Tears flow from tear glands into your eyes through tiny tear ducts. When you "run out of tears" its usually when you've been crying for too long and when your body has run out of a certain supply of water. It's been discovered you could actually dehydrate from crying for too long. The tear glands are located under your upper lids, and when stimulated, produce tears to form a thin film over your eyeballs.
