Got to me relatively quickly. It's everything I needed (this was a college textbook- I obviously didn't order it for leisure reading). Cover was a tiny bit bent but that was to be expected.
Overall, great purchase.

I like that it had a review section online but I would have liked to take the quizzes more than once.

This is a very simple book that anyone taking a persuasion class or just wanting to read it for fun could understand. It describes in good detail, but not boring detail, how persuasion works and why we use it. An impressive read and I am really liking the book.
