The book is a good intro for multipotentialites, a feel good, "Welcome to the tribe" (as the title of one the chapters) book. It provides some tools to assess if one is indeed a multipotentialite and its kind. Finally it offers some tools to improve effectiveness.

I’ve often pondered if I could have known that would be his last time in our home what would I have done differently? First off, I’m thankful God didn’t give me any warning that this was coming. I ponder if God had taken James six weeks earlier when I had my biggest most regretful attack on James for lying to me. My words and my attitude were poison that night.
