Sifu Argyridis was born in Nicosia Cyprus on 4th August 1960. His father Greek Cypriot and his mother of a half Lebanese and a half Greek Cypriot. Later on in his career he hosted the fi rst Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do annual seminar in Cyprus given by his sifu Lamar M Davis II. From his experience he gained through in the art of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune he decided to write about his own personal expression about this art, which this is going to be the fi rst volume. Another nine volumes are indented to be written through.
