Those memories were enshrined in the poems of her first book, A Texas Child's Harvest, for Anyone Who Has Ever Been a Child, privately published by her own Bethune Publications in 1988 to celebrate a delightful season of my life too filled with love and wonder to be forgotten.

So this talk is for anyone who has ever loved. But now that marriage is a romantic arrangement, infidelity threatens our emotional security. I’ve been asked that question since I arrived at this conference.
