Bob McDonald is a Canadian science journalist. He is the senior science correspondent for CBC Radio and CBC Television, and hosts a weekly radio show, "Quirks and Quarks". He also hosted "Wonderstruck", a science program for children, and the special The Greatest Canadian Invention. On September 8, 2005, McDonald premiered a new series on TVOntario called "Heads Up!". Heads Up! was nominated for two Gemini awards for best children's TV program and best writing for a children's TV program in August 2006.
