Saxon, Oxford, 1976 20. The lowest-dimensional possibility for the Θ+(1540) is a avor antidecuplet (10∗). Weak evidence exists for another exotic member in such an antidecuplet in the form of a Ξ−−(1862) resonance, although there are by now many experiments that don’t see this state. Interesting fact about the Θ+(1540) was the accurate prediction made in the chiral soliton model, including the prediction of weak coupling to the KN-channel.

Conference: Proceedings of the 10th International Workshop on the Physics of Excited Nucleons (NSTAR2015). It is shown that when the contributions from these baryonic states were considered, the current experimental measurement could be well reproduced. Cite this publication. In addition, we also demonstrate that the angular distributions provide direct information of these reactions, which could be useful for the investigation of those states and may be tested by future experiments.
