Simple, order, pay money, receive product. The packaging was a flat rate envelope that *barely* fit the book. One corner of the book was completely exposed and is not bent a little. Doesn't hurt the books functionality however.

The service from Amazon was wonderful. We received the book in just days and the cost was much better than the college bookstore. However, the book was missing 50 pages from the middle; instead, pages repeated. This is a publisher error. Buyer beware!
