this is a great book with a ton of information on the lives and contributions of Hispanic Americans.

Portraits of Hispanic American Heroes. this is a great book with a ton of information on the lives and contributions of Hispanic Americans. I bought it with the intentions of sharing it with my 3rd and 4th graders to conclude Hispanic Heritage Month; however, it's a bit to bland and not colorful enough for my kiddies. So I will be returning it. This would've been great for my middle school students I taught last year though since they had to use different resources to look up a Hispanic Cultural figure.
