Paul Dowswell (Author). It is part of History, it gives you an insight into what it was like to be Roman. You could say that the Romans started Civilization if you did not behave you were sent to the Amphitheatre or executed, very bloodthirsty. I liked the Roman Record, very well presented.

I used this for cross-curricular teaching with my Romans topic. Good for excellent examples of newspaper reports and adverts.
