I think this book is great to talk to children about several things. They had a great time with this book and very soon they were reading it to each other making the different intonations in the voices (wolf, goldilocks, grandma, and so on) just as I made them. My son who is a fifth grader read this book and also loved it. It is very funny for kids and adults alike.

Yours Truly, Goldilocks Atentamente, Ricitos de Oro. By Alma Flor Ada Illustrated by Leslie Tryon. In this sequel to Dear Peter Rabbit and Querido Pedrín we return to Hidden Forest with another delightful series of letters between some of the best-loved characters of children’s books, including Goldilocks, the Three Bears, Little Red Riding Hood, the Three Little Pigs and their pursuers Fer O’Cious and Wolfy Lupus.

Only 7 left in stock (more on the way). Of course, it took the genius of Leslie Tryon to make it true. I'm frequently asked how I came up with the idea for Peter Rabbit. It happened without planning.

Ada, Alma Flor; Tryon, Leslie, illustrator. Presents the correspondence of Goldilocks, the three pigs, Baby Bear, Peter Rabbit, and Little Red Riding Hood as they plan to attend a housewarming party for the pigs and avoid the evil wolves in the forest.

Yours Truly, Goldilocks.

Everyone who's anyone will be at the Three Little Pigs' housewarming party. Goldilocks and Little Red Riding Hood have already marked it on their calendars. Unfortunately, so have the wolves -- those who've caused the Pigs to build their brick house in the first place! In this wonderfully creative sequel to Dear Peter Rabbit, Alma Flor Ada imagines what it would be like if a few beloved fairy-tale characters were pen pals.
