I do recommend this book if you are interested in losing weight at a quicker pace but 10 lbs in 10 days may not happen for you. I started the diet at 119 lbs (I'm 5'2" and 50 years old) and I've been on the diet for 10 days I only lost 5 lbs; most of the weight came off in the first 5 days.

I was so excited about this book (not because I actually thought I could lose 10 pounds in 10 days - 950 calories is REALLY low) because I was looking for a jump start and Jackie Warner seemed like the person to do it. But there are no vegetarian options! And what seemed like a wealth of information in a really thick book was really just pictures of the same moves over and over again in different combinations.
