This book won't tell you how to make your employees happy. After all, who cares if they're happy if no one's working? Instead, it tells you how to motivate lazy employees, reward the winners, fire the losers, and run a tight and profitable ship. I wish Dave Anderson had written this book 20 years ago because, I believe, it would have change the success of my dealership tremendously. Don't get me wrong, I had a very success business, I thought, but it could have been so much better. What I love about this book is it's a "no nonsense" approach to running a business, any business.
