This book puts you in the Revolutionary War in a personal way, making you FEEL what the characters feel. It is extraordinarily appealing to the senses, exploring taste, touch, smell, hearing and sight. The ending is worthy of a Bruce Willis movie!!! A must read if you have any interest in the history of this country or of a personal journey toward peace.

I have no interest in bugging you just to get a book out in the world. Just as I can imagine you have no interest in reading about yet another 'struggling' artist. Just remember, artists struggle because we as a society don't value their worth and impact.

The book includes 100 route descriptions of circular walks from 3-12 miles. Each walk has a map, points of interest and places to eat en route. If you live in the county and have a car this is for you. We've had guides before, and they can suffer from lack of detail, but this one is easy to follow, and so far it's taken us to some delightful places. We had some walking 'cards' from Durham County Council, but they tended to take you out into the wild and loose you - lacking detail and misleading. The walks start from around 3 miles, and there's a good few of them, so I think that's actually shorter than the advert says, which is great if you've only got an afternoon.

This book is the first of 12 in the highly acclaimed Walk in the Light Series written by Todd D. Bennett. Restoration examines the pagan influences that have impacted Christianity and Judaism. Restoration explains how this division began and what must be done to heal the breach. This is a must read for any person who desires to understand the truth contained in the Scriptures.

Walking in the Light is a compilation album of gospel songs by Cliff Richard. It is particularly notable as being one of the best selling contemporary Christian music (CCM) albums during the 1980s in the UK. The album's tracks were all originally released during Richard's renaissance period of the late 1970s and early 1980s on his studio albums, live albums, and the B-side of his pop singles.

The Scottish Highlands in the eighteenth century have little to offer Rachel Calhoun and her brother. Their abusive father and grinding poverty make them long for another life. Idealistic young doctor Drew Wolfe befriends and tries to protect Rachel, and when he emigrates to Philadelphia, the Calhouns gladly accompany him. In their new country, Drew and Rachel marry, and as his helper, Rachel discovers a talent for medicine. She learns all that Drew can teach her. And then the Revolutionary War breaks out . . .From the Paperback edition.
