Personally I've been waiting for the Wheatley books to appear on EBooks for ages now, and I'm glad they're here! They transport me back to my early teens, when I LOVED these stories; simply because they were bloody good adventures whether Black magic or plain adventure.

Gateway to Hell book. Because of this, folks often recommended the Black Magic and Occult books of Dennis Wheatley to my attention. Although I have seen the Hammer movie versions of two of them, this is the first one I've read not to put too small a point on i. .It opens as an intriguing mystery thriller. Then, it has the feel of an Ian Many years ago, I was an avid fan of the DR. STRANGE comic book series, and the interest in occult stories has never gone completely away.

In 1919 he assumed management of the family wine business but in 1931, after a decline in business due to the depression, he began writing.
