She has been a visiting scholar in law and religious studies at Loyola University of New Orleans since 1992. Most serious rs/archaeologists would NOT reccommend this book to ANYone, much less to an impressionable undergraduate. However, grad students should not miss it for an entertaining summer read. You all need to be able to recognize poor scholarship, intellectual bias, and sloppy writing when you see it.
