The book doesn't deal with all of the historical inaccuracies of Brown's novel and doesn't even touch upon all the fallacies and misrepresentations of art in the book. Instead, the book focuses on many of the fallacies, inaccuracies, and lies that the book presents as fact about Christianity. The book does a decent job at presenting its case. However, it isn't documented in much detail. Also, the authors are both Christians, so their opinions reflect a Christian worldview.

Peter Jones has a Princeton P. Garlow's is from Drew. Another appeal, for me, is that it deals with teh broader cultural issues (Gnostic world-view) as well as just the details of the Da Vinci Code. I also appreciated Ben Witherington's book on the topic, and D. Bock, both world-class Biblical scholars. 10 people found this helpful. This was a great book at approaching the Da Vinci Code's.
