This is not faithful to the original book.

This is hardly Butler's work at all - this text has been raped clean of all the author's intent, and is filled with sophistries and outright lies. It's really a few orthodox versions. This is not faithful to the original book.

Series: Butler's Lives of the Saints. Hardcover: 354 pages. I do many reports on Saints for our church choir. Butler's Lives of the Saints is extremely helpful! I find Butler's lives of the Saints also very though, it often has several pages about a certain saint. I am quite pleased with this book.

Father Butler's Lives of the Saints was also printed by TAN in 1995 with the Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur. This book has been around for years and is still one of the best resources for the lives of the saints. One person found this helpful. He died on May 15, 1763. Paperback: 464 pages.
